Yangan State School P&C Association
The role of the Parents and Citizens' (P&C) Association of Yangan State School is to work in a productive partnership with our school Principal and the community to promote the interests of the school. We assist in facilitating its development and further improvement to achieve the best possible outcomes for students.
Some of the tasks our P & C is involved with include:
- assisting in providing resources to enhance student learning and improve the school environment mostly through fundraising events
- create a close cooperation between parents, community, staff and students
- provide feedback on school policies and activities
- provide an opportunity for parents to be involved in their child's education and the broader school community
We have an active and passionate P&C Committee who meet twice a term in partnership with the school to ensure we have the best resources and outcomes for our children.
We are always welcoming new members and invite you to come along to the next P&C Meeting.
